Meet Rebekah Paré

Rebekah Paré is a higher education strategist with more than 20 years of experience leading change from inside colleges and universities.

She founded SuccessWorks, the career center for the College of Letters & Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She later served as Associate Vice Chancellor for Career Education at Washington University in St. Louis, where she led the integration of previously separate career operations.

Today, Rebekah advises presidents, provosts, vice presidents, deans, and career leaders on career strategy, organizational design, and campus-wide change.

Her work has reached more than 50 colleges and universities in the United States and internationally.
